DRIED EEL AND OCTOPUS

I love beef jerky or South African Biltong, and have a deep obsession with fish,so when Rajesh bought me some dried eel and octopus back from his trip to Dubai, I knew these gifts would fulfill my salty needs. 
The eel was extremely tuff and took a good 10 minutes to get through, not the best. And had a slightly stale taste to it.
The Octopus was so good. Moorish and salty, having the same qualities as the Biltong but more subtle and tender. It was lots and lots of fun.
